Are the apartments located within the town?
YES. All Montefelix apartments are located inside the town's walls right in the heart of historic center and at walking distance to everything interesting/useful or beautiful in town. Montepulciano is a small town and while you stay within the town you won't need a car or public transportation.
Is there a parking available nearby?
Yes, although the apartments are located in the historic center, they are easily accessible by car and a free, public parking is generally available nearby. Larger free parking areas are located around the city walls.
Can I access the apartments by car?
Generally yes but note that most of the historic center is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and controlled by cameras. You will be fined if you drive past the cameras at the entrance of the ZTL SO STRCTLY FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS WE WILL PROVIDE.
Do the apartment come with any service?
The apartments are self catering. They are provided with linen (sanitized by professional laundry), toiletry and some basic cooking ingredients (salt, oil etc.). Extra cleaning is available upon request and has an extra charge. During your stay we will provide assistance regarding the house and your stay.
Do the apartments have air-conditioning?
No, there is no air-conditioning in the apartments. Note that Montepulciano is one of the highest hilltop town of Tuscany (located at 600 mt above sea level) and usually get breezy and cool evenings/nights even during summer (see the temperature table below). Old building are naturally insulated with double ceilings and thick stone walls. The apartments are also provided with fans.
Is a long term rental possible?
YES all Stuart apartments are designed and suitable for extended stay. Montepulciano is the preferred base by many to explore all central Italy destinations. Long term rentals (2+ weeks) benefit of special rates and service.
